Sridhar Marupudi is the CEO and Co-Founder of Octave Holdings and Investments, a premier real estate investment and strategy firm located in Alpharetta Georgia. Founded in 2018, Octave has guided investors to over 100 opportunities spanning approximately $700 M in asset purchases. These transactions have provided its investors with a stable and reliable diversification strategy to other traditional investments. Sridhar is passionate about real estate and customer experience. He has owned and operated real estate investment firms since 2011 and has returned millions of dollars to his investors through cash distributions. Sridhar thrives in taking complex investments and building trust with transparency, communication, and approachability. Sridhar will tell you that his passion for real estate began when he was charged to recreate the energy consumption model for one of the most recognized and celebrated building on this planet.

The Empire State Building! Sridhar successfully evolve the Empire State Building’s energy model to the 21st century. In the process he experienced the dynamics of value creation in real estate firsthand. The problems are never simple. And the solutions are never a silver bullet.  Sridhar thrives in taking complex investments and building trust with transparency, communication, and approachability. His investors know why he believes in a particular opportunity. They also know that he goes above and beyond to create an easy and transparent customer journey. Easy to do business with and Happy Investors are phrases you hear Sridhar drive home in every meeting. Under his leadership OCTAVE has created in-house centers of excellence in real estate investment strategies, property leasing and management, and most recently maintenance and construction services.Prior to Octave, Sridhar has spent over two and half decades as a strategic business advisor in several companies, spanning real estate, energy, and information technology sectors. His prior engagements include Johnson Controls, Wipro Eco Energy, MasTec Advanced Technologies, and M4 Capital Investments. Sridhar holds an MBA from Keller School of Management and a Certification in Real Estate Enterprise Management from Harvard University. Sridhar is an avid automobile enthusiast, and in his spare time enjoys time with his family, travelling, and enjoying fine Scotch.

Zia Rahman Our Chief Strategy Officer and Co-Founder

Zia Rahman is the Chief Strategy Officer and Co-Founder of OCTAVE Holdings and Investments, a premier real estate investment and strategy firm located in Alpharetta Georgia. In his role Zia provides thought leadership, technology advisory, M&A expertise, and real estate strategy. Zia has created, scaled, and sold multiple start-ups, turnaround, and distressed companies in the technology and innovation sectors around the world. His current technology company has been featured in the Inc. 5000 and supports innovation to Fortune 500, Consulting, Government, and Healthcare companies globally. Zia thrives in finding assets that have potential and seeks to enhance customer experience and trust by harnessing technology to allow investors to have real-time insights into their holdings and understand performance and market drivers.

Alongside OCTAVE, Zia formed Infotech Prism Properties has built six residential subdivisions of high-end homes throughout Buckhead and the Atlanta Metro as well as investing in multiple commercial investments in retail, multi-family, and hospitality. Zia received a degree in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering in India and holds an Executive MBA from the University of Georgia.
Outside his professional pursuits Zia is an Advisory Board Member for US-India Policy Institute, based in Washington, DC. Locally Zia is a founding member of NFS Services, a charitable organization that provides services and relief for women and children impacted by domestic violence. He lives in Alpharetta, GA with his wife and three children.

Somya Chaudhary
Chief Product Officer

Somya Chaudhary is the Chief Product Officer of OCTAVE Holdings and Investments, a premier real estate investment and strategy firm located in Alpharetta Georgia. – Somya is responsible for designing, developing, and enhancing the Company’s back end platforms, processes, and online interfaces. She owns the investor portal which provides investors administrative, investment insights, and other metrics into their portfolios.

Prior to OCTAVE, Somya spent over 20 years assisting Fortune 500 companies like Equifax, ATT, and Cox supporting Marketing, Technology, and Legal initiatives from a Product/Program management perspective.

Somya holds a Masters of Public Administration (Urban Planning) from The University of Alabama, Birmingham and has an MBA (Marketing) from University of Nairobi, Kenya. She holds a Bachelor of Science from Pantnagar, India. She is a SAFe 4.5 Certified Agilist, and has current PMP, CSPO and CSM certificates. She lives in Alpharetta, GA with her husband and two children.

Parth S. Munshi General Counsel and Corporate Secretary

Parth S. Munshi is the General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of OCTAVE Holdings and Investments, a premier real estate investment and strategy firm located in Alpharetta Georgia. In his role, Parth supervises all legal matters for the Company, including drafting and negotiating purchase and sale agreements, leases, and offering documents. In addition, Parth oversees corporate governance and HR.

Prior to joining OCTAVE, Parth worked at Sidley & Austin’s Los Angeles office and spent five years at the Wilmington, Delaware office of Skadden Arps. Additionally, Parth was in-house securities and M&A counsel with The Coca-Cola Company where he was responsible for Coca Cola’s SEC reporting, governance, and global M&A matters. In his more than 25-year career, Parth has been involved in transactions ranging from $1 million to $12 billion in a variety of industries including commercial real estate and hospitality verticals. Parth received his JD, magna cum laude from The University of Pennsylvania and is a member of the State Bars of Delaware and California. In his free time, Parth enjoys time with his family, great food and wine and cheering on his three children at gymnastics meets and soccer games.
