Our Co-Founders have a combined 50 years of technology and realestate strategy experience. Our CEO and Co-Founder redesigned the energy consumption model for the Empire State building internally creating the scale and systems needed to service a 21st century tenant. This experience fueled his passion for real estate and creating an alternative investment income stream that is consistent, dependable, and backed by a tangible asset.

Our Chief Strategy Officer and Co-Founder has leveraged technology to drive experience, scale, and exponential growth for over 25 years. He believes that empowering investors with tools and transparency will offer them an elegant and solid alternative to the volatility of the stock market and other traditional savings vehicles.

Our Chief Product Officer has supported Fortune 500 companies excel in application development, product delivery, and technology as a service. Our wholly owned merchant portal and its supporting ecosystem is her baby. Our Co-Founders, Sridhar, and Zia have a combined 50 years in the real estate space, investment management companies, hedge fund investment. They have individually owned successful commercial real estate investment firms since 2007 and partnered together for over 12 years. Using their combined successes and lessons learned along the way, Sridhar and Zia envisioned creating a new company with a blank page approach. They wanted to be completely customer-centric, build trust, and delight every investor. They wanted to harness technology so that investors could be informed in real-time, have access to critical insights and documents, and make this part of their portfolio the easiest to do business with and hassle-free. Their dream came to fruition in 2018 when they founded OCTAVE in 2018.

In 2 years, they have assembled a high energy and performing team of real estate strategists, technologists, property leasing and maintenance experts, attorneys, and financial experts to round out their delivery team. They have assembled an impressive portfolio of 34 holdings (and growing) valued at over $300M. “Additionally, they have paid consistent and reliable dividends to their investors totaling ~$6.5 million since 2019 and continue to increase the value of their investors’ capital contributions as well.”

We at Octave Holdings and Investments, Inc. (collectively “Octave” or “we,” “us,” or “our”), have created this Privacy Policy to explain how we collect, use and share information we obtain through our websites located at www.octavehi.com(collectively, the “Sites”), as well as services that we offer through the Internet or mobile application (together, the “Internet Services”). Except as described in Sections 3 and 5, this Privacy Policy does not govern our use of any information you communicate with us in any manner other than through the Internet Services, including but not limited to information you provide to us when you call us or write to us. Because the Internet is global, information about you that we collect or that you submit may be transferred to, processed in, and held in countries (including the United States) other than the one in which you reside.

By using the Internet Services, you explicitly consent to such use of your information and agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy was updated as of September 1, 2020, and as described below, may be updated from time to time.

4. Modifying and deleting your Personal Data
We have controls in place designed to ensure that the information we have is relevant, accurate, and appropriate for the purposes used. Please note that any Personal Data that we have copied may remain in back-up storage for some period of time after your request, and that if you delete certain information you may not be able to use our services in the future without re-submitting such information. Under California Civil Law, Californians are entitled to request information relating to whether a business has disclosed Personal Data to any third parties for the third parties’ direct marketing purposes.     • iii. your violation of any applicable law, statute, ordinance, regulation or of any third party’s rights, or
    • iv. claims asserted by third parties which, if proven, would place you in breach of representations, warranties, covenants or other provisions contained in these Terms of Use.
  10. Updates to the Sites and Modifications to the User Agreement

    You acknowledge that Octave may update the Sites and the Content, and may modify the terms of these Terms of Use at any time. Modifications to these Terms of Use will be effective immediately upon posting unless we indicate otherwise. You agree to review periodically the terms of these Terms of Use.

    By entering any of the Sites you agree to and fully accept these Terms of Use in its then current form each time you enter the Sites.

  11. Updates to the Sites and Modifications to the User Agreement

    These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the state of Delaware, without regard to its choice of law rules. Any legal action brought hereunder shall be brought exclusively in the courts in Atlanta, Georgia, and it is agreed that such courts shall have jurisdiction over the parties to this agreement and any dispute arising hereunder.
